Here, the proprietors are Philippe and Véronique Pasquier, efficient and knowledgeable duo to the delight of our taste buds since 1987. In the kitchen it was Philip who develop, in room is Veronica who ensures all. The local cuisine with specialties from Lyon, the Basque Country and South West is tasty and generous portions.
